By enrolling in the Pension Plan, each employer ensures to offer its employees highly competitive benefits with respect to those offered by the major Québec and Canadian organizations. This plan represent a major portion of the total compensation package for Desjardins employees. In administering the Plan, each employer has the responsibility to see that all communications regarding the Plan reach their employees. It is also up to each employer to establish the eligibility of any given employee to the Plan, based on the criteria defined in the official texts approved by the Fédération Board of Directors.
