If you are going on paid leave, you must maintain your Desjardins Group Pension Plan (DGPP). DGPP contributions will be calculated based on the regular salary you receive during your paid leave.
For the purposes of the DGPP, the service credited for this period will be equal to the fraction resulting from the salary paid during the leave divided by the pre-leave salary. For benefit eligibility purposes, continuous service is fully recognized.
You have no action to take; your employer will take care of everything.
