The DGPP Steering Committee strenghten the link between Desjardins Group executives and the DGPP. It reviews the main challenges of the DGPP and the implication for Desjardins Group.
To do so, it becomes aware of the asset allocation strategy and monitors the financial situation of the Plan, the evolution as well as the benefits of the Plan.
If needed, it offers recommendations to the Retirement Committee. The DGPP Steering Committee, composed of six members of Desjardins Group executive management, reports to the Desjardins Group Management Committee.
